We write a markdown spec — pages, components, data, motion, acceptance criteria — before any production code. You sign it off; we build to it.

Iterative delivery with a live preview URL from day one, weekly check-ins and repo access so progress is visible, not reported.

Manual QA, accessibility checks, real-device mobile review, content cleanup and performance work.

Deployment, DNS, SSL, documentation and a walkthrough. Thirty days of post-launch support, then an optional retainer.

Discovery calls happen within a few days of enquiry. Most projects start within two to three weeks of a signed spec, depending on current load.
Yes. We work remotely by default and keep SAST office hours; weekly check-ins are scheduled around your time zone.
It depends on scope, which is why we write the spec first. Every quote is itemised against that spec so you can see what each part costs and remove what you don't need. The budget bands on the contact form help us suggest the right approach.
You do, on full payment. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless an NDA says otherwise.

Usually. We start with a short audit — repo, hosting, accounts, documentation — and give you a written view of what to keep, fix or replace before quoting.
Yes. Website management, hosting, domain and DNS administration, licensing and IT support are available under a monthly retainer.
Yes. We process enquiry data under POPIA, keep it to what is needed to respond, and build consent and data-handling into the systems we deliver.
